Buon martedì!
Il Project Life mi sta appassionando davvero tanto, mi rilassa, mi fa riflettere e rivedere me stessa e la mita vita, è un qualcosa che faccio per me, è terapeutico, mi piace e lo consiglierei a chiunque, mi calma, e mi fa vedere le cose in una prospettiva diversa! E poi va a pennello con la mia passione di scrivere, scrivere ed ancora scrivere. Proprio come ai tempi della scuola in cui nel diario inserivo di tutto e scrivevo non solo l'assegno per i giorni successivi, insomma è un diario fotografico e mi piace troppo!
In uno dei post precedenti avevo scritto che avreste continuato a vedere le mie creazioni per Sizzix qui su questo blogguzzo e quindi eccomi qui! La Week 3 fatta usando alcune delle bellissime fustelle Sizzix, perfette per creare bordi, abbellimenti o sfondi per il PL.

E vi mostro quali sono i dettagli che con le fustelle Sizzix possono arricchire e dare un tocco di handmade alle vostre pagine, a me , per lo meno, piace molto abbellire le mini paginette creando da sola piccoli dettagli :)
Questa fustella di Tim Holts& Sizzix è veramente bella e per usarla non dimenticate che avrete bisogno di questa particolare base magnetica che permette di tenere ben ferma la fustella e tagliare con estrema facilità il disegno scelto.
Ho scelto una base Kraft per la sveglia... perchè la sveglia? Perchè è uno dei simboli della vita quotidiana, le giornate iniziano al suonar della sveglia :) E fortuna ha voluto che avessi dei vecchi timbri di heidi swapp, gli orologi, uno di questi perfetto per l'interno della sveglia :)
- Ho tagliato la sveglia di colore kraft
- ho timbrato con versamark brown l'orologio su base vaniglia
- ho ritagliato l'orologio con le framelits a cerchio
- ho incollato con delle mini glue dots poste solo in alcune parti della sveglia, la parte superiore all'orologio :)
La parolina " Friends" l'ho tagliata su carta Kraft ed incollata ad una delle Journaling card del Kits di Studio Calico.... questo Project Life kit, non so a voi ma a me fa uscire letteralmente pazza!!!! ... In realtà Studio Calico è una vera e propria droga per me!!! LOL
Infine la striscia di negativi.... sempre by Sizzix! Questa fustella è strepitosa!.. Perfetta per lo spazio che volevo riempire nel PP e per l'idea che mi è venuta: volevo riprodurre una striscia di foto piccine, le foto della settimana :)
Come creare la striscia di mini foto? |
- ho tagliato il fimlstrip in carta kraft e ho preso la misura delle fotine interne in modo da stamparle a misura , 2x3 cm orientamento veriticale;
- ho tagliato la striscia di carta per il fondo, facendo attenzione ai colori che avevo già usato, ho scelto un azzurrino;
- ho poggiato il filmstrip a mo' di template e con una matita ho ricalcato la forma delle mini foto in modo da doverle poi solo incollare negli spazi appositi;
- ho incollato le foto;
- ho incollato con delle mini glue dots il fimlstrip et voilà! :)
Per usare questo tipo di fustelle lunghe e sottili ho usato questa particolare piattaforma e questi "piatti"

Heilaaaaa happy tuesday!!! How are you?
Project Life has taken me so much, it relaxes me so much, it makes me think and reviewing myself and my life, my days ok and my days ko! It's something I do just for me because it makes me happy, I like it, its' threpeutic and I recommend it to anyone! It has the powers to calm me and make me see things in a different perspective. And then it goes with my crazy passion to write, write and write again! My pages are something like a school diary where I wrote about everything , it's the same, but now I see the pictures that are a big and lovely part of this new diary! It's a photographic diary and i like it so much!
In one of my previous posts I had written that you would have continued to see my creations for Sizzix here, in my lovely place, and so HERE I AM! I have just done the WEEK 3 of my PL using some of the beautiful Sizzix dies, perfect for creating borders, embellishments, and backgrounds for your PL.
Above you can read and see what are the materials I have used, really lovely dies! So I would like to share with you all some tips to use your Sizzix dies in your PL.
BUILD ALARM CLOCK |
I chose a kraft base for the alarm.. why Have I used the alarm? Because it's a symbol of the everyday life, everyday begins with an alarm sound so its was perfect to tell the everyday stories. Fortunately I had a clock stamps from heidi Swapp that were perfect for this die! So few steps to tell ypou how I have created my alarm:
- Cut the alarm in kraft color;
- I stamped the clock on vanilla cardstock using the brown versamark;
- Cut out the clock with the circle framelits;
- I stuck the alarm on the clock using few mini glue dots in different parts of the alarm and tht's all.
USE YOUR PHRASE DIES |
I used the word " friends" in my journaling cards cutting it with the phrase card die in kraft cardstock. I have used Studio Calico Project Life Kit and it's a real drug for me actually! LOL :)
FILMSTRIP FRAMES |
- Die cut your filmstrip frames on the kraft paper and with a ruler see what is the size of the little photos inisde them. The photos are 2x3 cm portrait oriented;
- Cut the background strip for your frames, I chose a light blue paper from a Studio Calico scrapbook kit and
- Place the filmstrip where you would like to insert it and with a pencil trace the shape of the photos so in this way you will stick them correctly. In this case you will use the filmstrip like a template.
- I pasted pictures and above them the filmstrip frames.
